Welcome to the new Sugar Babe Records web site, the cyber home of Americana artists Bernie Cunningham. Rick Malis, The Dog Run Boys and The Mavens. We hope this revamped site makes it easier to learn about these artists, sample their music, buy a CD or find out where they’re going to be playing next.

We’re going to try and keep the jukebox filled with old and new favorites, and freshen the photo gallery and concert dates more often, so please come back from time to time.

All these artists are based in Western Pennsylvania but cover a lot of musical ground. If you love traditional bluegrass music, Bernie’s your man. If you like both modern and traditional bluegrass music, you should check out The Dog Run Boys. Rick’s solo work is more eclectic if you prefer singer-songwriters. And The Mavens play a wide range of original and classic honky-tonk, western-swing, country rock and retro-pop.
